'CommonsTerminal originated from a humble goal: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, starting as a quaint, family-owned shop with recipes that have been in the family for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her journeys across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was invented. Once home in the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, using classic techniques and top-notch materials.
Our path began with just a 12-seat eatery and has since become a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to bake our pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose the finest ingredients available.
Now, 'CommonsTerminal' is still family-led with the Rossi descendants at the helm of a devoted team. Even though we've adopted new methods, our foundation lies in crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite people.
